These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and md222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all use of the md222 website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and any other service made available through the platform. Access to and use of md222 is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms without modification.

md222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

1. Eligibility to Use md222

Access to md222 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. By registering an account you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements at all times while using the platform.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. md222 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age verification is conducted at registration and at withdrawal stage using government-issued identification documents including National Identity Cards (NID).

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful and current. • One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one active account on the md222 platform. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity details, is prohibited. md222 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and reserves the right to suspend all accounts involved, withhold any associated balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the individual.

2. Account Registration and Security

By registering an account with md222, you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account security obligations.

• Registration Process: You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and complete KYC verification using a government-issued NID. Verification is required before withdrawals are permitted. md222 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. md222 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat or any other channel. Do not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify md222 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account Suspension: md222 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, identity falsification, or any breach of these Terms. Funds held in a suspended account may be withheld pending investigation. Players found to have committed fraud will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. md222 may apply an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts following written notice to the registered contact. Players may reactivate their account by contacting support.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

md222 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and local bank transfers. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions. md222 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, however players depositing large amounts may be subject to enhanced KYC verification.
• Deposit Speed: Mobile money deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your md222 wallet instantly upon successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 3 business hours during normal banking hours.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). md222 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be rejected and returned at the sender's expense.

Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC Before Withdrawal: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. You must withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified KYC documents. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by md222's payments team within a reasonable timeframe. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within minutes during active support hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to players via account settings. md222 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

md222 may offer bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out below. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be specified in the promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus Abuse: md222 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts if a player is found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and associated free spins will expire automatically at the time specified in the promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. md222 reserves the right to limit, modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for reading the applicable bonus terms before opting in. Deposits made for the sole purpose of meeting a withdrawal threshold without engaging in genuine gameplay are not eligible for bonuses.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the md222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or sharing your account credentials with any third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to obtain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit promotional terms.
• Registering an account if you are a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of md222 or its affiliated partners.

6. Responsible Gaming and Account Closure

md222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players aged 21 and above may use the platform, and we strongly encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders and loss limits via their account settings. Self-exclusion options are available to any player who believes they may have a problem with gambling. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in immediate suspension of account access for the duration chosen by the player.

Players who wish to permanently close their account may do so by contacting md222 support with a written closure request. Any balance remaining in a closing account will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been satisfied. md222 will retain player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, md222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings. md222 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or force majeure events may result in temporary service interruption. md222 will not be held liable for losses incurred during any period of service unavailability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which md222 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration panels of the relevant jurisdiction. md222 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of md222 complies with all laws applicable in their location.

8. Amendments to These Terms
